These terms and conditions apply to all artwork and products purchased from www.timthompsonmarineart.com. Please print a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.

We have made every possible effort to ensure that the content of www.timthompsonmarineart.com is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to amend any errors or omissions at our discretion and will endeavour to do so at the earliest opportunity.

Please be aware that the colours and appearance of artwork or products may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen. The items have been photographed at a high resolution but are displayed on the website at a lower level to enable acceptable download times.



All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and HTML, is the property of www.timthompsonmarineart.com. You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and relating to www.timthompsonmarineart.com or its contents are vested in www.timthompsonmarineart.com. We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions from time to time, and post a new version on our website. The new version will take effect from the time of posting on the site.



All prices are as specified besides the relevant artwork or product displayed and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. For details of the delivery charges, see the “DELIVERY” clause in these terms and conditions.

Prices, special offers and availability information are subject to change without notice. You will be advised of any changes to price, special offers and availability when you place an item in your shopping basket before you make a purchase.



When you place an order online, you will have the opportunity to check the details of your order and correct any errors before placing the order. When you place your order you are making an offer to buy. You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order from PayPal. The ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER is not acceptance of your offer. If your offer has been accepted you will be contacted by us via e-mail confirming the details of your order. At this time your offer to buy will have been accepted and a legally binding contract will be formed and your artwork will be despatched to you.



Delivery is costed on an individual basis and standard delivery will be via Royal Mail. Please note that an extra delivery charge may be applicable for non-standard delivery.

The prints are posted in a protective card tube and the cards have a protective card envelope.
For large orders and for countries that are not listed during the checkout – please contact us for details.

Delivery times:

UK – 2-3 working days
Europe – 3-5 working days
USA – 5-7 working days

Rest of world 3 – 12 working days

These are approximate delivery times. We cannot be held responsible if any products take longer than the specified delivery times.



By law you may cancel from the day of the order and up to 7 (seven) working days after the day on which you receive the goods. This right of cancellation does not apply to any goods which have been made to your specification or personalized. We must have written notice of your cancellation.

You will receive a full refund within 30 (thirty) days of cancellation in the same format that you paid for the goods ie. either by cheque or through PayPal by credit or debit card as applicable. If the goods have already been despatched, you must handle them with reasonable care and they should be returned to us in their original condition at your own cost by courier, Special Delivery or equivalent. The goods to be returned should be wrapped securely in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available similar packaging should be used to provide secure packaging for the transit of the goods. Goods should be returned to:

You should also include a note with details of your name, address and order number.

If the goods are not returned we will collect them and deduct the direct cost from the refund or charge these costs to you.



We very much hope you will be delighted with your purchase(s). However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item you may receive a full refund of your money within 30 (thirty) days of cancellation. Please follow the guidance under CANCELLATIONS above.



We recommend that you check the condition of the goods you have ordered when delivered. Please notify us as soon as possible if you discover the goods are faulty. Your statutory rights as a consumer shall apply to any entitlement to a refund, repair or exchange in relation to faulty goods. We will arrange for any faulty goods to be collected from you so that you do not incur any expenses.



In the event we are unable to comply with our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we shall not be liable for such inability to comply with our obligations or resulting delays.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

All sales will be conducted in English.
